01General Provisions

Zoya 9Apps (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("Member" or "you") of the Zoya 9Apps website (zoya9apps.net) and mobile application.

These Terms comply with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh and all other countries where Zoya 9Apps operates. Residents of countries where online gaming is illegal are not permitted to use the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all Zoya 9Apps services, games, bonus offers, competitions, tournaments, and any new features introduced in the future. Where separate terms exist for a specific service, they will be considered supplementary to these general Terms.

02Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may only hold one account on Zoya 9Apps. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being permanently closed.

Registration Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Accounts must be registered in your own name; opening an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• The mobile number and email used at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• Only one account is permitted per device, IP address, or household member.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Zoya 9Apps may request identity verification documents at any time. Documents commonly required include a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to submit documents or a failed verification may result in withdrawal suspension or temporary account closure.

03Deposit & Payment Policy

Zoya 9Apps accepts deposits via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer is also available.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits may only be made from your own payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transaction will be reversed.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical error, please contact support.

Currency & Conversion

Zoya 9Apps processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and a conversion fee may apply.

04Withdrawal Policy

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing any winnings. Zoya 9Apps processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The specified rollover requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zoya 9Apps regularly offers welcome bonuses for new members and reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament promotions for existing members. Please read the specific terms of each offer carefully before accepting.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• The same person may not claim any bonus offer more than once.
• Wagering bonus funds on certain games may be restricted — this will be specified in each offer.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Zoya 9Apps reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, advantage play, or arbitrage betting — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. This may result in bonus cancellation and permanent account closure.

06Gaming Rules

All games on Zoya 9Apps operate using internationally recognised RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Games are regularly audited by independent third-party auditors to ensure fairness.

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be found in the game information.
• Sports Betting payouts are based on official results.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, Zoya 9Apps will resolve the issue at its discretion.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game results, Zoya 9Apps's decision shall be considered final.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zoya 9Apps. Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or game systems.
• Colluding or coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in inappropriate conduct toward other users.

08Account Closure & Termination

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Zoya 9Apps also reserves the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• For any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• For the purposes of any inquiry or investigation.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is voluntarily closed and verification has been completed, any remaining balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, bonus funds will not be returned.

09Responsible Gaming

Zoya 9Apps believes gaming should be entertainment, not an addiction. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and have built several tools into the platform to support that.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
• Betting Limits: A maximum bet amount can be set for each bet.
• Cooling-off Period: You can take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude from the platform for a period of 6 months or permanently.

11Limitation of Liability

Zoya 9Apps is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do, however, always strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

For any legal dispute, the first step is to seek resolution through our support team. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, an arbitration process will be followed.

12Terms Changes & Updates

Zoya 9Apps reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request to close your account. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page.
